If you’re looking for a personal fitness program that will deliver results and keep you motivated, we offer a training program and trainers that are perfect for you.  Our trainers all have a passion for fitness.  They will keep you motivated with their knowledge and know-how from their extent education.  A variety of sessions  are available for you at an affordable price.

Boxing Personal Training

Boxing Personal Training works to stress the body at a high intensity for short periods of time. This equates to the burning of large amounts of calories in a one hour session with a Personal Trainer. Sign up today to get started on a plan for a “Knockout Body” by incorporating boxing interval training into your regular exercise routine. Boxing skills not required and the goal is not to use these skills in competition boxing.

One-on-One Stretching/Foam Rolling

Partner Training

Partner training has been proven to increase commitment to a fitness regimen.
1 hour, 2 people – $90/session
or 5 one hour sessions – $425

TRX Training or Kickboxing

Total Body Resistance Exercise that tones your body and strengthens your core. Kickboxing refers to martial arts moves based on kicking and punching.
1 hour, 3-6 people
$15 per person based on a minimum of 3 people per class

Body Pump
This 60 minute national workout challenges all of your major muscle groups by using the best��weight room exercises like squats, presses lifts and curls. Great Music, Great Experience!


Spinning
A 55 minute stationary cycling workout set to music, which focuses on endurance and interval training. A variety of class offerings listed on the Group Exercise monthly schedule at the Sports Desk.


Aqua Zumba, Splash and NEW CLASSES: Aqua Kickboxing, Aqua Tabat
A total body workout designed to increase energy, stamina and improve circulation and flexibility in a water setting. Your head never goes under the water and swimming skills are not needed. A variety of class offerings are listed on the Pool and Group Exercise schedules at the Sports Desk.


Yoga
Enjoy the mind and body connection to deep stretching, slow and rhythmic poses and balance postures. Develop strength, balance and flexibility while experiencing deep relaxation. A variety of yoga style classes are listed on the Group Exercise schedule.

Pink Program

This exciting, effective 6 week program will help you exercise safely while enhancing your overall health whether you’re in the midst of treatment or years beyond it. This is the only breast cancer recovery
program approved by the American Council of Exercise. 6 weeks, 2 times per week.

Kid’s Fitness Class-Kidzercise

ages 6-12
FUN and kid-loving instructors lead the students through physical activities to improve the health of our youth.

Teen Tune Up

Children under the age of 16 are not permitted into the Fitness Center. However, in order to contribute to the fitness level of our youth, individuals 13 – 15 years are able to use the Fitness Center only after undergoing a Teen Tune-Up Certification Course. This allows youth to be trained on the concepts of fitness, etiquette in the facility and authorization to use the facility under the supervision of the fitness floor staff. $40 fee for up to 1 1/2 hours with a trainer.

Guest Pass Policy

  • Daily Guest passes are $15
  • If you join our Fitness Center within 30 days of the expiration of your guest pass, you may apply the guest fee towards your membership dues.
  • Guest Passes are issued at the Reception desk in the lobby. We will photocopy your Driver�����s License
    or Photo ID card for security purposes before issuing the Guest Pass.

Locker Rentals

Instead of carrying your workout clothes back and forth to the gym, the Bernikow Fitness Center offers annual locker rentals, giving you one less thing to worry about. Rental lockers are��available on a first come first served basis, and are only available to Platinum members. Lockers available for rental measure about 12” x 12”, enough space to store your toiletries, shoes, etc. overnight.
Fee: $12 month/$144 annual

Gym Rentals/Gym Sponsors/ Sports Field Rentals

Rent our gyms and/or advertise your business with a large sign in the downstairs Perla and Richard Kuhn Gym. You can also rent our sports fields for parties or soccer matches. Select JCC facilities are available to all organizations, groups and individuals for life cycle events, meetings and celebrations.
