Nia-
an energizing, non-impact workout that uses simple movements and energies from dance, martial arts and yoga to strengthen, mobilize, stretch and rejuvenate your body.
Chair Yoga-
a gentle chair based form of stretching and balance posing that helps to tone and firm.
Zumba-
a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic and exciting, effective fitness system! The routine features aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. Take a class, stretch, burn or splash your way to a healthier you.
