TEEN SPORTS CONDITIONING PROGRAM

Competition is around the corner and the most important time to be at your best is during the season. Hopefully you had a good preseason program that got your body ready for the sport you’re about to perform. The training and conditioning you have been doing should not stop. The goal here is to maintain the conditioning you developed during pre season.

Regular, competitive matches maintain basic levels of endurance so any additional training should concentrate on speed, power and anaerobic endurance development. Weight training two times per week has been proven to maintain your strength, speed and power over the course of a long and exhausting season. Two sessions per week in the weight room will be all you need to keep your performance at a very high level.

This co-ed conditioning program is specifically designed for athletes looking to improve and maintain their athletic performance. If you are looking to bring your Strength, Speed, Agility, and Conditioning to the next level this year, then join us twice a week for 10 weeks. Show up to your sport and be in the best shape of your life!

Training will be offered Thursdays 6:30-8pm and Saturdays 9-10:30am beginning Thursday, September 10, 2009. This program has been designed for ages 13-19 to accelerate and be pushed to the top level.
