Teen Fitness - Xceed

Improve your sports performance, develop new sports skills, find new ways to get strong or take part in fun fitness activities at the new JCC in the program teens have been waiting for: Xceed Teen Fitness. The Xceed Teen Fitness Program is a one of a kind experience and an outstanding way for teens to learn about fitness, sports performance, relaxation, nutrition and much more. Our Xceed personal trainers educate and motivate teens to achieve their fitness goals through personalized instruction and guidance, allowing them to utilize the fitness center without their parent or guardian. Remember, active teens become healthy adults.


The Teen Tune Up Program and Certification Course 13-15 years old

Children aged 13-15 years are required to take this course before being able to use the Fitness Center or personal training programs.

The major components include:
• How to design a program (reps, sets, what is safe, etc.)
• How to safely perform the selected exercises
• Weight room safety and etiquette

Once you have gone through the Teen Tune Up program and have been evaluated by a trainer, you will be able to partake in personal training programs and utilize the Fitness Center.


Teen XCHANGE Foundations Program 16 years old and up

A fun, invigorating introduction to your personal fitness program! Xceed Foundations™ is designed for individuals or groups (maximum of 3) looking to start an exercise program.

• 2 sessions with a certified personal trainer
• A full fitness assessment
• An introduction to the proper form and use of the equipment
• A 1/2 hour training session
• A results based training consultation

This is a traditional full hour of individualized personal training during each session.

Exceed Policies:

• Personal training appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance.
