Find Your Place This Fall
At the Bernikow JCC, children build confidence, friendships, and a sense of belonging. From youth sports and swim lessons to music, arts, and enrichment, there are opportunities for kids to explore new interests, develop new skills, and grow alongside their peers.
Whether it's a first class, a new sport, or a favorite activity rediscovered, fall is full of ways for kids to find their place.
Family Programming
At the Staten Island JCC, families come together to celebrate traditions, create memories, and strengthen the bonds that connect us. Throughout the year, we offer events, holiday celebrations, and shared experiences that bring people of all ages together in meaningful ways.
Whether you’re gathering around a holiday table, enjoying a community festival, or discovering a new tradition, you’ll find opportunities to connect with family, friends, and our broader kehillah, community.
Upcoming programs Include:
End of Summer Blast, Holiday Celebrations, Family Pool Parties, and more!
Over 95 years of history
When we first opened our doors in 1929, the organization’s mission was to provide a home for the Jewish community—providing social, recreational, and educational activities where people of all races and religions would feel welcome. Throughout the years, the Staten Island JCC has truly lived up to its name as a “Community Center,” serving people from diverse communities.
JCC programming is now in over 30 sites throughout Staten Island, reaching nearly every community in the borough. We are proud to continue to extend our programming and reach people of all walks of life throughout our borough—from children to seniors and everyone in between.

Stand with Israel
We are proud to stand with the people of Israel. We have a special partnership with our friends in Binyamina G'vat-Ada, and we collaborate on various programs. We look forward to another year of programming that fosters connections and friendship in Jewish communities around the world.
